DayHelm AI
DayHelm AI on your dashboard is your conversational interface. Ask it to create events, draft emails, summarize your day, or answer questions about your schedule and tasks. It maintains conversation history so you can have natural, multi-turn interactions.
Models behind DayHelm AI
DayHelm AI is powered by leading models from OpenAI and Anthropic, selected per task. Email analysis, scheduling optimization, and task suggestions each use the model that performs best for that specific use case. You can see confidence scores on AI-generated suggestions.
AI Insights
Throughout the app, AI Insights panels surface actionable recommendations. These include suggestions to batch-process emails, add buffer time between meetings, block focus time during productive hours, and address high-priority tasks before deadlines.
Customizing AI Behavior
Go to Settings and select AI Preferences to customize how the AI works for you. Set your preferred response tone and style, choose which types of suggestions you want to receive, and adjust how aggressively the AI categorizes and prioritizes your work.
AI Usage Limits
Free accounts include 10 AI suggestions per day. Premium accounts have higher limits with additional AI capabilities. You can track your daily AI usage in your account settings.
