AI Email Categorization
DayHelm uses AI to automatically analyze and categorize your incoming emails. Messages are sorted into categories like Important, Updates, Social, and more based on content, sender patterns, and your past behavior. Over time the AI learns your preferences and becomes more accurate.
Smart Reply Suggestions
When viewing an email, DayHelm generates contextual reply suggestions powered by AI. These drafts match your communication style and tone preferences, which you can customize in Settings under AI Preferences. You can edit any suggestion before sending or use it as a starting point.
Email-to-Task Conversion
The AI can detect action items within your emails and suggest creating tasks from them. When an email contains a deadline, request, or follow-up, you will see a suggestion to convert it into a task with the relevant details pre-filled.
Calendar Event Detection
DayHelm scans emails for meeting requests, date mentions, and scheduling details. When detected, it suggests creating a calendar event with the time, participants, and agenda pre-populated from the email content.
Follow-Up Reminders
Never lose track of important threads. The AI identifies emails that may need a follow-up and suggests reminders so you can stay on top of conversations that require your attention.
Email Insights
The AI Insights panel provides a high-level view of your email activity, including patterns in your response times, peak email hours, and suggestions for batch processing to improve efficiency.
