Connect your favorite tools and services

Connecting Services

Navigate to the Integrations page from the sidebar to see all available connections. Click Connect on any service and follow the OAuth authorization flow. Your credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.

Go to Integrations

Open the Integrations page from the sidebar or from Settings.

Choose a service

Browse available integrations and click Connect on the one you want.

Authorize access

Sign in to the service and grant DayHelm the required permissions.

Start using it

Once connected, DayHelm will begin syncing data and providing AI insights for that service.

Email Integrations

Connect Gmail or Microsoft Outlook to unlock AI-powered email management. DayHelm syncs your inbox and provides smart categorization, reply suggestions, and action item detection. Free accounts can connect 1 email account; premium accounts support up to 5.

Calendar Integration

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar to enable smart scheduling, meeting optimization, and focus time protection. Your calendar events are synced and enhanced with AI suggestions for better time management. Outlook Calendar shares a single Microsoft account with Outlook Mail — connect once, get both.

Task Management Integrations

Authorise Todoist, Asana, or Trello with your account so DayHelm can reach your task tools on your behalf. In-app sync and cross-tool task creation are rolling out — watch the Integrations page for status updates.

Workspace and Communication

Connect Notion for workspace integration, or link Slack and Microsoft Teams for team communication features. Zoom integration enables video call management directly from your calendar events.

Managing Connections

View connection health and status on the Integrations page. You can disconnect any service at any time. DayHelm monitors integration health and will alert you if a connection needs to be re-authorized.
