Creating and Managing Tasks

Add tasks with a title, description, priority level, and due date. Tasks can be created manually, generated from emails by the AI, or added via DayHelm AI on your dashboard. Organize tasks by priority to focus on what matters most.

Task Prioritization

Assign priority levels (high, medium, low) to your tasks to keep your most important work front and center. The AI can suggest priority levels based on due dates, email urgency, and your workload.

Due Dates and Reminders

Set due dates on tasks to track deadlines. DayHelm surfaces upcoming and overdue tasks in your Today's Plan view so nothing falls through the cracks. Customize reminder notifications in Settings.

AI Task Suggestions

DayHelm's AI monitors your emails and calendar to proactively suggest new tasks. For example, if a colleague requests something in an email, the AI may suggest creating a task with the appropriate details and deadline.

Today's Plan

The Today's Plan page gives you a focused view of what needs your attention today. It combines your scheduled meetings, due tasks, and AI-generated recommendations into a single, actionable daily plan.
